My son wont sleep through the night!!

Hi I am a mom of a 20 month old boy. He is a good kid except that he will not sleep through the night still!!
I put him to bed around 8 and he is up by 11, agian at 2, again at 3 sometimes again at 4 and then up for the day at 7.
This leaves me and everyone in my house with no sleep and very stressed out!!
If anyone has any advice on how to get him to sleep threw the night I would greatly apprieciate it!!
