Infant Pedicure

My baby girl is about to turn 1 soon. For her birthday I would like to do something special just me and her. I was thinking about a mommy n daughter pedi!! My only worry is that is 1 years old too young for a pedicure?? Or what other special things that we can do together? Any suggestions..
