Hello,  
I am thinking of trying to get my 2 year old daughter into the Y South daycare (part time) starting in September.  
I have heard that the Y will sometimes split a daycare spot with a child who is in kindergarten every other day (giving holidays, etc to the kindergarten child).  
 
I will book an appointment to check out the facility, but interested to hear from others. Are the Y childcare programs good? What do you like/not like about them.

Apart from that, we can't give negative reviews on this Site or else it would be erased.  
 
I know it is a busy daycare, and they have lots of kids. Which at times can be overwhelming for an infant/toddler. Probably one or is the biggest daycare in Brandon.  
 
Bigger isn't always better.  
 

Are all run through the child care registry online.... No point in really calling as they will just refer you to apply online...

Go in person. I was on the list for 2 years and went in person and they bumped us to the top of the list and we were in within 2 weeks.  
 
I have nothing negative to say about Y South. All the ladies there are amazing with the kids! We have been in a few different daycares over the last 5 years and hands down Y South has been the best!
