Hi. I'm a stay at home mom looking for spring/summer activities. I have 3 children ages 1, 2 and 3. Wondering if any other mom's/childcare providers have any new and exciting activities to do with the children indoors or outdoors so we can try some new things. All answers are appreciated and welcomed. Thanks in advance.

Playtime, the pool, mcdonalds play place, library and different parks are all places we like to go too. The winter fair is coming up and there are also a few play groups that meet up at community centres.  
 
Activities they like to do inside:  
 
- pop up tents, lights out, use glow sticks  
- any sort of art but painting is their favourite by far (Pinterest has SO many art ideas)  
- balloons...the ground is lava so don't let it touch! Lol  
- make a target on the floor using painters tape and "curl" with blocks  
- making homemade slime or playdough  
- baking  
- using the large cardboard blocks to build towers, castles, houses, forts etc  
- face painting/ tattoos  
- sand and water table (we do them separately )  
 
Outside activities  
 
- chalk drawing on the driveway  
- going for walks  
- soccer  
- painting the snow (might be too late now!)  
- buy a cheap white sheet and let them paint it with hands/foot prints  
- sand box in a tent  
- puddle jumping  
- in the summer they have a car wash for their toys and ride on cars

Might be a silly question but what is the Plug Board?

We make it a mission to visit every park/playground in Brandon through the course of the summer. Pack a picnic lunch/snack!  
 

Brandon has a number of really great museums!

I have 1.5 & 3 year old boys and we honestly just start off going for a walk then I let them kind of explore their surroundings and splash in puddles on our way to a park. Now that it's nicer I would just take them on a walk on the trails around Brandon so you don't have to worry too much about trying to keep them on side walks and away from the street. head down to the discovery centre, I am looking forward to going there it's always fun and so much for them to explore!  

Yes, my husband and I see a lot of little ones out with the parents when we go for walks, the weather is beautiful for taking them!

Early Childhood Education students off a Mud PLay day in September and a Cardboard Challenge in January/February. Keep an eye out for it.
