My son asked and asked for a metal detector finally we found a good inexpensive one but now where can we go? We had planned to use it on my inlaws property but that's not until late summer. He's only 7 so he just wants to dig doesn't have to be finding an actual treasure. Any ideas?

to any "tot lot". playground. the sandy ones would be best for him to learn in. easier digging. and youll find all kinds of change and lost jewellry etc.
