knock kneed

My daughter always had a wonky crawl on her. Then she was fine when she learned to walk. She was cloth diapered so her knees never touched but now that she is 3 and not in diapers anymore I notice her knees touch when she is walking. I think she is knocked kneed. How do I go about dealing with this. Does she just go to her docter or chiropractor ?
