Where do you shop for clothes for your tween girls. My daughter is 10. We have Ardenes which anything in there isn't age appropriate or her size. There's children's den but their clothes seem a little too young for her. Where do people shop in Brandon for nice age appropriate name brand clothes for your pre teen girls? Thanks!

Which online clothing sites do you shop at? I like sportchek for women's clothing I'll have to check it out for my daughter.

We also have a 10 year old daughter. I've ordered stuff from Old Navy (free shipping if over $50) and it seems decent. We seem to get a lot of Joe Fresh hand-me downs too from a cousin, it's usually decently-cut stuff (i.e. not clubbing). She's a 16/XL or an adult XS.

I order most of my kids clothes online from Old Navy or Gap. Sign up for their emails so you know when they have sales (which is often). Free shipping over $50 (can order $50 from the two sites combined) and Free returns if it does not fit. (just follow the instructions on how to open the shipping bag as you re-use it for returns.

Was in that awkward size I too, found most of our stuff at Old Navy online. I found the free shipping and no hassle returns helped.  
 
I really hate ON for adult clothes as they never seem to fit right, but for kids they seem to be spot on most of the time.  
 
I also managed to find a lot of decent "simple" staples at Childrens Place, but you really have to wade through all the cutsie puppies and patterns to get age appropriate stuff. They too are excellent for free shipping, decent deals and returns are easy.  
 
I also have a very hard time finding stuff for my 11 year old boy. I have to buy mostly plain shades for him because he hates all the dinosaurs and silly cartoons.  
 
There is just nothing in town. Sears is pretty good if you are heading into Winnipeg.  
 
It is a very tough age, you are correct. And all we seem to have in town other than Childrens Place are very un-age-appropriate stores like Ardene, Garage Clothing, etc. Heck, my daughter is now 15 and I find the stuff a bit trashy for her age still.

found some clothes at the age 12 at some of the clothing stores in the shopper's mall but in size XS and weren't trashy at all....she is now 13 and loves to shop at Urban Planet...there too you can order on-line on their website.Even WPG. doesn't seem to have much in tweeny/teenage clothing stores....yes...we do need more clothing stores in this town for kids teens and under....I so wish that city council would step up and start looking for clothing business's to invest in our growing city....they had this big plan to have boxed stores come but don't seem to move very fast on these so called plans....all talk no action
