My daughter is 11 and is looking to make some spending money..something flexible as she is involved in a lot of sports so she wouldn't be able to commit to a paper route etc. Any suggestions are appreciated

Last year with my son. Try and find a snow shovelling job, pull weeds, mow lawns, rake leaves etc. Depending on what she is willing to do will depend what she will find. My son even cleaned up dog poop for someone for money last year just to make a buck. If you post an ad you will need to pay a fee as per Adam, but she could make flyers or advertise on Facebook. Next year she can sign up for Odd Job Squad. I know it's a bit of wait but it's a good start. Good luck On the job hunt <:img src=:images/icon_smiley.gif>:

She can take a babysitter course soon. There are always lots of people needing a child minder.
