Housing on Assiniboine

just a quick question for anyone who may know. I was just curious about the housing complexes that are going up on assiniboine ave I believe (right by Lady of the Lake). Who's building them and are they apartments/condos/some other form of housing. Anyone who has the scoop I'd be interested to know. They are obviously still under construction but they are quite colorful. Thanks.
