I wasn't sure where to post this so I am posting here. In the fall, we got new neighbours (duplex) and they have a dog. All winter their dog was peeing on my vehicle tires which is usually parked in front of the building and they never seemed to stop the animal. I did not want to say anything to cause tension but now that the snow is melted, their dog comes into our side of the front yard, which is separated by a walkway, and poops. These last few times, they have not picked it up. I have a camera to verify all of this as well.  
 
You'd think as a respectful and responsible dog owner, these things wouldn't happen so I will need to speak up and just in case it doesn't work, is there anything else I can do?
