My husband gets the same wages and has the same deductions for every single paycheque, so he doesn't get them every time -that would be redundant and a waste of paper. He gets one at the beginning of each year, when he gets a raise and info changes, or when he requests it. Nothing wrong with that. If the numbers don't change, there is no point to receiving a pay stub each time.
