I had not been to the clinic in a long time. I had to go there today and parked in the parking at the clinic.  
 
For those who have not been there or do not know - you now take a ticket when you enter. When you leave you put your ticket in and pay.  
 
BUT - only one lane out was open and does not take cash. I do not know if the other lane takes cash or not, or is ever open.  
 
So, just be aware, if you go to the clinic and park in their parking you will need a debit card or a visa card to get out.  
 
Luckily, I had both, but I always have coin in my car for that and I really hate to use my debit or credit card for $2....I guess it is what it is and I can't change it. I think it is rather stupid though.

From what I learned.... you pay inside at the station not outside like you used to.  
 
You can pay with coin, and I see that the machine accepts five, tens and twentys I believe.  
 
I know that you can park for 2 hours for 2 dollars and perhaps a dollar for each hour after that.  
 
I guess I`m parking elsewhere, lol

There is a pay station just inside the south doors of the clinic (the doors you enter from the parking lot). Take a parking ticket from the machine when entering the parking lot and then you can use coins in the pay station. Take your paid parking ticket out with you when you leave the clinic, insert it in the machine when departing the parking lot and the arm lifts to let you out. Pretty much exact same system as in the parking lot at the hospital.  
 
And don’t lose the parking ticket while you are in the clinic - overheard someone last week who had lost his ticket and it was a $10 charge!

the machine inside accepts coin?  
 
The one outside definitely does not as it had a huge sign "no cash"

The machine inside definitely takes coin. Used it a few times already.

the gate since the change but it would make more sense for the sign to state 'Please pay inside at the pay station.  
 
I watched a lady today pay with a toonie.

I hope this info helps who has not been there in awhile.  
 
I guess if you get to the gate and it it says "no cash", you would have to park again and go in and pay with cash.  
 
Anyway - hope this helps those who haven't been there for awhile and now I know you can pay inside too.

No problem following the instructions and I believe every nursing station has a paper when you check in to explain the new procedure.

Good to hear. I did not check at the nurses station, because I assumed when I drove in, like most parking around Brandon, I would just insert my ticket and pay cash when I left.
