Does anyone know what is being built on 18th st. part of the Landmark theatre parking lot?

Considering it’s Zenith Paving doing the work, I’d say they are going to pave over that spot that’s been dirt and weeds for years.

The map in the below link doesn't show any restaurants or any other business going into that spot in the movie theatre parking lot, but maybe that changed recently. We will have to wait and see.

The_Young_Man was correct, they are paving it over for parking. It was supposed to be done last year, near the end of the season, but got pushed back due to demands.
