Tried looking on city website didn't find what I was looking for probably missed it but...do the green bins get picked up weekly or bi-weekly? Put ours out with garbage this week but it was never picked up.

I just looked this info up the other day as I couldn't remember either.

It is every week same day as your other bins.  
 
We have had it happen a few times in the past where they did not get picked up, presumably due to equipment failure on the city’s part. Once I left the bin out and it was collected the following day.  
 
Our blue bins we missed a few weeks ago, neighbour called and was told the truck broke down, so we made do for a week.  
 
With the green bin I know I personally just take it to the green dumpsters nearby and dump it myself quite often, but I get that not everyone can do that.
