Anyone know what options there are to get a government issued photo ID if you don’t have a license

I know it may seem silly, as you said you don't have a license, but you can go to any autopac/MPI agent, and request a photo ID through them. It serves as proof of identity/residency, and is separate from the driver's license. I believe it is $20 to obtain.

I got one for my mom several years ago at Dick's Agencies. Any Autopac dealer could help, I'm sure.

I heard from a reliable source that his seat-mate ( a stranger ) had recently accidentally left all of her important I.D., cards, etc. at home. Domestic flight. She did however have her Costco card with her, which was accepted as adequate photo ID for boarding. Not saying I 100% believe this but, but ...

Don't know if I would believe that. Funny how all ID is left except a Costco card. I call bull lol. Any autopac agency can issue an Id card. You may need to fill in a declaration of who you are signed by someone such as doctor, lawyer, etc. Someone who has known you for X amount of years. Some time in the mail and ID card will show up. Got one for my daughter.
