When will people find something productive to do with their time?

My whole damn LOCKED Jeep was stolen from out in front of my building last week, and the more threads on here and FB that I see about theft, the more my blood boils.

The problem keeps getting worse, and there doesn't seem to be much a person can do about it, save only having items that aren't worth stealing.

Raise Fences

I would like to see the Brandon by-laws allow for higher fencing for homeowners who's yards back onto lanes. The current by-law is 6ft max. If homeowners were allowed to raise the height to 8ft, would be thieves may be deterred since they cannot readily see or climb into a yard without assistance. Food for thought....

Today my daughter watched a girl snatch a package out of our mail box , she grabbed it then ran . no time to react by the time she realized what was transpiring ...just letting people know.

Nice to know the locations of all these vandalism’s & stealing of mail is happening....people post & warm people but never mention where all these crimes are taking place.

Petty theft is happening in every area of Brandon. BPS has a site that tracks crimes/per area and it always seems that every area is targeted, maybe some more than others.

I to dont understand how if someone breaks into your property and u defend it by either cripple them or kill then u get send to jail makes no sence what so ever.
