lunch program fees

I was just wondering if anyone is familiar with school lunch program fees. I have wrote a check for the full amount but has never been cashed. Do they wait til the school year starts? Obviously the school is closed for summer for me to call directly. Thanks!

They will wait till the new school season starts. That’s when they request payment .

Don’t assume the cheque won’t be cashed in the next couple of weeks. Each program is different.

Very true! They did finally cash it, which I was hoping they would. I was hoping I wasn’t going to have an outstanding check for two months.
