I was in Wal-Mart the other day to return a top I bought on sale. I was told it was a final sale and couldn't return it. So I called the store to confirm this and the store rep said that they have been really trying to enforce the "Not returning of final sale items". But, the point is that no where did it say it was a final sale, not on the rack or ticket. This goes along with Wal-Mart's grocery section usually looking very badly with empty boxes and empty shelves. I think they shud really clean up their act and hire more staff to really serve the people.

Was it a clearance item (sometimes has a yellow sticker, other times a yellow clearance sign)? If so, it CLEARLY states on the stores return policy at the customer service counter (4' x 6' blue sign) that seasonal and clearance items are non returnable.

I'm confused. Are you complaining about the fact you bought a final sale item and couldn't return it? Or you're upset about the produce or the fact you think they're under staffed?

Problem really.. sell it privately. Are u upset with the produce, the empty boxes or the staff issue. Two of those items obviously didn’t stop you from going back there to shop. I’m quite happy with the shopping in Brandon.
