Is anyone else having issues and can’t see their shows on the PVR?

Just checked recorded programs on our MTS PVR and seems to be working fine. We did have issues about an hour ago - no Internet or TV but everything is working fine now. Restarted computer and rebooted TV and all is good.

TELL THEM YOU ARE GOING TO CHANGE SERVICE PROVIDER AND YOU MIGHT BE AMAZED WHAT THEY WILL DO FOR YOU ITS WORTH A TRY WE DID THAT AND THEY UP GRADED OUR INTERNET WITH PRICE ADJUSTMEANT

I agree with this statement, you will be really amazed what they will do to keep you. Don't be afraid to tell them what you think of their service and how you feel you are being treated.

We were going to change providers for a better price for a 12 months. I called in to cancel and they gave me a new proce for better internet (about half of what I was paying previous) and a recurring credit on my TV all for 24 months. So now I'll be paying about $10 less than I would have with the new provider's deal for 12 extra months then I would have had the deal for. Any other time they've ever made adjustments for ne to keep me as a customer it has never been for more than 6 months
