What would you do....  
I have a neighbor in same complex (1st floor) who likes to order food once in a while from different venues (Skip the dishes, local venues, etc) But nearly every time they order food...the drivers come to our door instead and we've had to redirect them and sometimes the drivers don't seem pleased ... We've had some come late at night and once or twice...I've mentioned to our landlord about this matter but I hate to complain about the same issue over and over...  
What would you do in this situation?!

Unless you’ve seen the address written down they’ve supposedly gave(and it’s wrong) it’s sometimes just the drivers. We order from the same place a lot and one driver has no issue finding us and a couple others screw up every time. This isn’t an apt complex either lol. So just mention nicely to your neighbor that they hit your place first, and perhaps they could reinforce the proper or full address next time.

If nothing changes despite contacting neighbours, you could put a sign on your door saying that all food orders go to the other door and just take it down when you order food. As annoying as that would be, it would be better than being woken up late at night only to deal with a grumpy driver.

As an ex delivery driver multi unit homes divided up are a nightmare at times. If you have a window it would be nice to write in large letters the unit you are in. Ex. #5-306 Whatever street. Put a Unit #5 on your door. Drivers can find the house pretty easy. It is where the individual units are. Is it upstairs, basement, etc.

if it is happening all the time from same company complain to company if saying something to delivery person doesn't work.  
 
or you can just say wrong address and leave it at that. No reason for you to show the person where it is especially late at night. or even open the door to them.  
 
it really isn't safe in this day and age.

correct their mistake. If they order and the delivery comes to your door just say we didn't order from you and leave it at that. Your neighbour will soon learn to give proper directions to their place.

Everywhere you can order delivery from requires a phone number. Tell them you did not order the food and that they should call the people who did. Or just dont answer the door: they will call on their own.

Aww, I though you were going to say not to correct them and just take the food and eat it. I was thinking it but didn't want to be the first to say it, LOL.  
 
OP: We were having that problem last year when a neighbour ordered lots of food and they had a hard time finding the right how because of the numbering and the way the houses are oriented. I would start with a sticky or big numbers like other have suggested, and if that doesn't solve the problem maybe talk to the neighbour?

I’m not even a delivery person and every time I see an address spelled out, I think what a hassle that must be!! Lol
