composite deck cost

My deck is sad looking and needs something done with it....Considering a 10x12 composite deck but worried it will be a costly undertaking. Anyone switch to composite what did you pay for labour and supplies? Is it an easy DIY material? Looking for recommendations

For a 16x12 composite deck, I was quoted $30,000 by a renovator in town. Too much.

Did our deck about 8 years ago but bought our material in the states when dollar was at par $1.99 square foot. Still looks great!
