does anyone know if there is a place to find out what number the bus changes into once it reaches the transit hub....  
eg: number 15 east end....what does it change to once it gets back downtown...and the other buses as well...

Try this link and scroll to the bottom of the page...there is a PDF that explains the bus flips...disregard routes 16/19...they no longer operate however the website has not been updated

Best thing to do is ask the driver when getting on. The reason I say that busses from 6 am to 10 am switch to different routes than busses after  
10 am.  
After 10  
17 changes to 5  
8 to 4  
15 to 22  
23 to 14  
Hope this helps. If you don’t have to switch to a different bus downtown you are not required to pay again. So a lot of people plan the routes to stay on the same bus. Example is if you are coming from the south end and going to Walmart you can take 17 or 8 and stay on because they switch to 4 and 5 and both go to the corral centre.

I know that 5 turns in 17 and vice versa, 15 turns into 14, I believe 4/8 swap and 21/23 but most buses run on the half hour until 6. But the drivers are the best to ask.

To get the right info. I know bus 15 (vic east) turns into 22 witch goes to the west end. I take that bus numerous times weekly. Found on bdn transit site what bus switches they do will try to upload a screenshot of it.

With that screenshot plz remember that bus 16 and 19 no longer exist.
