Can anyone confirm or deny that there was a train on the 18th street crossing at about 3:55 pm today Dec 10th slowing traffic down. I have a client claiming a missed appointment due to a train on 18th street.

Haven't seen a train go by.
I can see being late by a train but missing an appointment?
It would be highly unusual for a train to be blocking 18th it usually blocks 1st 6th or 9th.

but we live closer to the tracks than we'd like.
Call CN to find out for sure if there was a train at that time, I don't recall seeing or hearing one at that time.
In all the time living by the tracks we haven't been late too many times or had to miss appointments.
