"Hi folks, can anyone provide me with some info about the service offered by Superstore? Can you spend your points? When do you pay? When you pick up the goods or online? Did you have good luck in getting all product that you wanted?
TIA for any experiences that you can share with me!

I also just had a great experience with Click and Collect. I used it regularly pre-COVID, but this was my first time doing it in these new times. I got 95% of what I ordered, only 2 or 3 items had no substitutions and the few things they did substitute were fine. I had also provided detailed substitution instructions on certain items, which they fulfilled as specified. I also had a very, very large order, as we're a large household and I haven't really done a good grocery shop in 4 or so weeks.
We paid using the credit card we had secured the order with, but were asked how we were paying so I'm assuming you can pay other ways too. I didn't redeem any points.
You do need to plan, you need to start your order about 2 weeks out, but you can add to your cart up to 48 hours prior. So I ordered from my to-date list, but when every couple days added to it until about 72 hours before. In a couple of weeks, I will open another order and do another one like that.
Also, the website is very congested during the day, but if I did it in the evening after the kids were in bed it was much better.
edit to add: I even got toilet paper!
But one thing that was annoying me was that if they don't have an item because it's out of stock, they typically won't have it come up. So every time I added to my order, I would check to see if I could add that item. I eventually got most of my items on my list that way, and all of them came except 1 (which was subbed). I wish they would let us add something that's even not currently in stock because we are doing it so far out.
