    It's been many years since I've had a land line but, I've always found good deals at Canadian Tire.

    In this day and age, the second-hand store?  
     
    I have a home phone in the sense that it is at home and it uses the normal landline/Voip receivers, but even that is plugged into a cellular adaptor.

    recommend The Source and steer you away from CT and Walmart. I have had good luck with both cordless and corded phones purchased at The Source.  
    Just make sure the phone you bought works well.
