What condo communities in Brandon have their own pools?  
 
Looking into buying a new property with pool access. Thanks

The elements do not have a pool. The only one I know of in Brandon is located Richmond Ave and Parkdale Drive, it is an indoor pool.

The condo units on aspen, white ash and orchard drive have an outdoor pool

Has an indoor pool for all the condo owners. That is the development just south of the city cemetery.

Pretty sure SouthRidge Estates (Aldrin, Baffin, Coulter) has a pool and fitness center included.

The Landing has an 'outdoor' pool (whaz up), not an indoor. It is in behind the community centre on Aspen, which kinda looks like it might be indoor, but it's not. It is well run too. The condo corp. around Aldrin etc. (can't remember the name), has an outdoor pool as well. They both have what they call a 'fitness centre', and they both have a kitchen/room you can rent for gatherings (very handy indeed). I know #1 Birchwood Drive was for sale last fall and I don't think it sold, but there is no sign there now (maybe knock on their door and you can get it privately). Just sayin
