We live in a Condo area in Brandon. When we moved in we were given a list of rules of what you can or cannot do. We have no problem with any of the rules but it appears that others do. The one rule in particular is no parking on the street if you are a Condo owner as that is what the garage and driveway is for.  
Why do others feel that they can continually break or not follow the rules. Am I missing something or are people doing this deliberately because they feel it is their right to do what they wish?

All condo owners must abide by the by-laws/regulations outlined by the condominium corporation, it is part of the purchase agreement. If you believe other owners are breaking these by-laws, your recourse is to write a letter outlining your concerns to the condominium board of directors and the property manager. It is up to them to review your concern and take action (or not.) Is it possible the people you see parking on the street are renters who have not been fully apprised of all the rules? Regardless, the matter you outline is private, corporate business, and should be handled as such: it is not for the ebrandon armchair quarterbacks. (From a retired property manager.).

We probably live in the same condo development! Parking is a huge issue here as well. The roads are narrow enough as it is and the signage is clear - NO PARKING - and also, slow down. The speed limit is 25km/h, but certain individuals speed through here like it’s just them.  
 
Warnings are issued, but it’s not taken seriously. What’s a piece of paper on the windshield, just garbage.  
 
It ruins it for the rest of us, so I understand your frustration.

I also live likely in the same condos, had a family with 4 kids and never heard anything. I had a new family move in a month ago and they constantly bang on the walls, all hours of the day and night, waking me up. Anyone else have this issue?
