happycamper said "I read the link adam provided, and it said " no visitors inside or outside" a private residence.
I have sold items on ebrandon previously, and have some more for sale...I have a table outside, and the buyer can look at it with us standing at a distance, and everyone with a mask on..
with the new rules, does this mean we can't have any buyers from ebrandon enter our private yard?
I sure don't want to get a fine...or break any covid rules
Does anyone have any clarity on this? "

In the orders late last year my interpretation and understanding was that this would be seen as deliveries if an item is being dropped off and that that’s still the case here. To limit close contacts during this critical time it should be necessary buying and selling only and conducting exchanges with the serious intent of the orders in mind. Practice safe physical distancing, wear a mask and ask that the other party do so, wash hands thoroughly before and after, wash the item thoroughly. Where possible (and it should be possible for all but the biggest items) make that exchange outdoors… even easier now than in December with the great shift in weather we’ve seen. Limit time spent to what's necessary to conduct the transaction.
I’ve personally chosen to pause trying to sell one particular item I’ve had listed while we’re in this set of orders, having deemed the item unnecessary and not being willing to go through the process of showing during this state.
I’ve sent a message seeking any further clarification that might be necessary and will relay anything relevant learned.
