Did the green bin pickup start up for this year already? Our bin has not been picked up for 2 weeks in a row but our neighbours has. Anyone know why this is happening ?

It's possible the driver saw something in the bin that is not composting. The add on the radio says plastic bags are the worst kind of contamination or possibly larger tree branches. Maybe go through it and see if anything in there is not for the green bin. I know some folks think its OK to just throw a few things that don't belong, "the guys at the dump will sort it out", but the thing is, one dumpster with something that doesn't belong, the whole load go the the main dump and nothing is accomplished.

I've give them a shout and maybe they'll be able to send someone out or give you guidance on what to do for next pickup day!
