Just curious about the Woods development at 21 Willowcrest Ave (beside the new Broadstreet apartment complex, near Little Chief's Convenience Store). It says it is SOLD OUT - DEVELOPER, but there is no one occupying those, what looks like, 8 units. It seems desolate (never lived in). It says it completed in 2019 which might be true, but it was FOREVER being built it seemed. Anyway, just being nosey to see if anyone has the real goods on the place. The following is the write up I found about it:

All I can tell you is there is no one living there and the contractor just moves dirt and his equipment around once in awhile. I spoke to someone a few months ago that had paid a deposit. They got their money back.  
 
There doesn't even seem to be a road inside the compound.

I’m wondering why construction has stopped on the condos that were going to be built behind Crocus, at the East end of Portola Drive (north side of the street) Anyone?
