What’s happening on Braecrest Drive near 18th Strret?  
In the empty lot West of the North Hill Inn.  
Construction start the other day.  
Does anyone know what’s going into that big lot?

There are 3 new condos going in. Down from proposed 5 units. See picture for more detail

The question was pertaining to the area right next to the North Hill Inn, on Braecrest Dr. The picture someone provided is a different area. Anyone know what is going in there?

Have been trying to figure out the picture all day, even drove around the area a couple of times and still can't figure it.  
The present construction is going on the north side of Braecrest immediately ajoining North Hill Inn. but the picture depics south side of Bra and to the west of 18th St.  
The picture also shows a future traffic circle which everyone knows is a huge mistake.

Next to North Hill Inn is also more condos, Whistler Landing is expanding.

All the links posted by "User Name Required" are for lots that are in the existing Whistler Landing Development, not the development next to the North Hill Motel. Basements are being dug but roads, sewer, water etc have not yet been installed. Adam, do you have an update?

Read up on the big reset. It describes the o:bjectives. One of those is to eventually eliminate the traditional single family detached, home.

The area in question that they are currently working on is on the east side of Quail Ridge Dr. , and if you continue east you'll run into the North Hill Inn.  
(Whistler Landing is on the West side of Quail Ridge Dr.)  
Anyone know what is going in this area? I personally wish there were more 2 bedroom/2 bath slabs (no basement), with single garage, in the north hill area.

There are 6 new 12 suite apartments being built on that property.

Lots of folks don't believe or follow this but i do, so i know what youre talking about. yes, just the low class and the 'rich' left. yup, tks for acknowledging as i was wondering if only i was following the global agenda.

Have just googled "the big reset" but am not finding anything to do with housing. Mostly business marketing and algorithms, working from home?

I can’t find the exact article that I read, but there are a few items that come up when you focus on housing.

looked again and almost every post seemed to be American and a lot of them of a political bent.  
I will not allow cookies and do not want to watch some crap video on utube. I just want an informed article with checkable references that I can read and digest.  
I fail to understand how single family homes will be eliminated, there are always folk who do not want to live in company with others (sometimes even in the same family).  
Just as much as a house, surely a condo, flat, apartment is a single family home?

Why don't you build it (Costco) and they may come.
