Gussins said "Just to let you know, we drove past the zoo at dinner time tonight. No one could turn right onto 10th street from Victoria Avenue as the lane was blocked with Popeye's drive-thru customers. People were honking but I decided to call it in. I spoke to a very apathetic sounding woman at BPS who told me to drive another block and avoid the area. Really??
There is a major cluster**** right on your front step, it is the JOB of the police to enforce traffic laws within the city, yet she said they would not go clear the street of the obstructions (which is exactly what these people are). When asked who to address the complaint to if not the police, City Hall? she said (very bored sounding) to go ahead.
I don't care who was responsible initially. I want to know who is going to keep these people off the street NOW. Pretty sure you're not allowed to stop movement of your vehicle on a busy street within the city because you have a hankering for greasy chicken.
And on a side note....I suggest that Marino's and the Liquour Mart install signs that their parking lot is for their employees only and that other vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense (more than within their right to do so). Popeye's employees can go clog up the parking lot at the police station.

The last thing our city needs is for the cops to be tied up directing drive thru traffic anywhere and that i:ncludes Popeyes when there are so many incidents happening all over the city. Cluster **** indeed.
My neighbour warned me not to park at the parking lot of Popeyes so I parked at city hall and walked up to the restaurant. Worked out fine!
Marinos shouldn't complain, they didn't care about their customers parking at Robins. As for the liquor store I've witnessed people parking there to pick up Marinos.
The one time I couldn't drive north on 10th but found out turning north on 11th got me to my destination!
I'm not sure where all the anger is coming from. Eventually traffic will settle down.
