Census 2021 data is out, and last year the City of Brandon was recorded at 51,313 people strong. This compares to 48,883 in the 2016 census or growth of about 5% over the five years.  

In the same release, the Top 25 fastest growing municipalities were highlighted. Coming in at #13 on the list was Neepawa, which at 5,685 people grew by a whopping 23.3% versus 2016.  

Manitoba came in at 1,342,153, also growing at 5% compared to 2016.

The census is shared in separate releases, with the next release "Age - Sex at birth and gender - Type of dwelling" due out in late April.

Heheh not quite.  
That number is mainly just a fun count that represents confirmed signups and not much else, and don't forget that eBrandon is every bit as much a Southwest Manitoba site as it is a Brandon one. Keep in mind that the number will have a share of duplicates and out of market accounts. It’ll be 17 years next month since the site went live. Since then you will have had folks that have moved away and sadly people that have passed.  

You’re looking at in the area of 1/3 of that number as far as daily users based on the Google stats, which I'd like to think is pretty cool for a market this size!
