Amazing how laws apply differently to different people, any other business would have had its access cut off by now and forced to implement change or been fined out the wazoo, I wonder if the rcmp would have stepped in and stopped MB highways from cutting off access to a farm yard or house that had an illegal access lol
It seems new and some older homes and farm yards don't seem to get clearance to have direct access off the highway anymore even if they had it before and have had service roads put in.
I could understand the bands resistance if they were paying for the service road or even apart of it but it sounds like the province is paying 100%, it seems like the gas bar owners don't really care about the safety or well being of their customers, I don't think I will be stopping there anymore.
