The way I understood it was that there are not enough people running. Therefore if 2 great candidates are running against each in the same ward, one gets knocked out. If they run in 2 wards there is a chance that both will be picked.
Brandon isn’t that big that it’s specific ward issues have to be represented by someone that lives in the area. A good candidate will take the time to listen to that wards residents and the issues they have.
Don’t knock someone just because they don’t live in that area. Be grateful that someone wants to represent the ward
