    Running Club or Coach?

    Hi! I have been working on improving my running outside this fall but am worried about staying motivated this winter. Are there any running clubs / groups, or running coaches in Brandon? TIA

    Sometimes A&L has classes. I’d highly recommend Stacy Dittmer. Her site is stacydittmer.net

    Contact Lifestyle Personal Training or check out her website www.lifestylepersonaltraining.ca. She does personal training and works on speed training with quite a few of her athletes. I’m sure she could help you out!
