Business cleaning sidewalks

The sidewalk that runs along 18th between Aberdeen and Richmond is mainly not shovelled. This i:ncludes Canadian Tire, Tim Hortons, Marlee Fuels, Southside Service, and Humptees. Burger King’s sidewalk is the only one that has shovelled their walk. Why do the other businesses hate the aged, handicapped, or other people with mobility issues?
