Does anybody know when the city sends out its tax bills

I think they should be in the mail soon if you haven’t received them yet. People also have the option to pre-pay them for a ‘discount’. (If you pay in January it is 2%. Goes down half a percent each month after until May. May is the last month for the discount and it is 0.5%).  
 
City taxes are always due on the last business day in June (whether you receive a tax bill or not). Penalty of 1.25% is added on the first day after the due date.
