    What is being built behind Lyons transmission

    Is there something being built behind Lyons transmission center and the vacant lot beside Little Chiefs 18th street.

    Condos are being built behind Lyons Transmission but a different developer is building them. Not the developer that built the condos behind Lyons that are still sitting empty several years later. Also looks like a cell tower is going up there too as there’s one sitting on the ground in pieces.  
     
    As for what’s going on behind Giant Car Wash I believe low income affordable housing is being built.

    I have info from a good authority that the new sobering center is going up by the giant car wash.

    It’s housing for people who are transitioning from being homeless and the justice system/jail, being built by Gaint Carwash. It’s being built by the John Howard’s Society.
