In the past, I had posted that my neighbours were scaring me because they had been in my yard during the winter and I was seeking advice on what to do. The tracks outside my window and my kids’ window led directly to their front door. I believe they are disabled (mentally) and that is some sort of care home. I never got the chance to speak to their workers, which is why I think it is a care home with shift workers because it’s always the same few coming and going at the same times. I did not speak to them because I kind of felt bad about the whole situation, kind of like it wasn’t their fault type of thing.  
 
There have been other instances since then where they have been odd.. But tonight, things escalated and I’ve had enough. I dropped a jar of spaghetti sauce behind my car and my husband moved it so I could clean the glass and the sauce off the street. Immediately the neighbour starts screaming at us saying we can’t park there (in between the driveways) and that they are going to call the cops on us. I told them to relax because we are trying to clean something up. They then started screaming even louder, getting more aggressive and yelling profanities at us and tried to come outside to confront us, mind you it was almost 1am so what are they even doing sitting around looking outside waiting for somebody to harass. They have also done this to somebody that quickly came to pick up an item I was selling on Marketplace. Is there anything I can do about this?  
 
I know these people come into my yard and now they’ve been hostile towards us and threatened us. My children walk to and from school everyday and like playing outside and I notice those people like to watch them and I don’t want them doing something that’s ‘wrong’ and will end up with them getting yelled at.  
 
So if you’re one of the workers that works at a house in Linden Lanes area, Evergreen, please message me or if you know which company takes care of homes in the area, let me know because I want to complain and do something about this weird and concerning behaviour.

1. Get cameras for your yard and around so then you can have video proof with audio preferred so you have more. Police will first suggest a peace bond and once you have that it's good for a year and needs a refile they will break it multiple times probably and then you can apply for a restraining order.  
 
Sadly if it is a group home nothing will be really done without proof to providers. It could be a mb run, private owned or out of town owners so hard to get them involved. Try googling the address and it should come up with a lead maybe
