If you used a credit card to pay for your items, and you've made a number of attempts to work things out with the companies, you can get your credit card company to try. I had a horrendous issue with Bloomex a year ago. After over 70 emails (seriously), several phonecalls, and being called a liar, I called my credit card company. It took a few weeks, but I got all of my money back. If you have dates when you attempted to reach out, have them handy when you phone your card company.
