    When can non school attending children at the school play on the playgrounds after school is out. I’m thinking of the Valleyview school playground . After school ends or after 4:00?

    I’m sure any time after 3:45-4 should be acceptable! Most schools end around 3:30. Anytime after 4pm the playgrounds should be less busy aswell with pickups and such from the school.

    From what I've been able to briefly search up, it looks like the BSD wants to discourage playground usage outside of the allotted times during the school day. If I was to guess, it probably has to do with safety and liability.
