Specifically, mine is dropping calls to landlines/businesses. Cell to cell seems to be okay. I called Bell MTS on Monday and the fellow I spoke to ran a couple of diagnostics and determined the cause was something at their back end. He put in a ticket and said 3-5 business days for a fix; they would call me when corrected. Still haven’t heard from them; still couldn’t make a call to a landline late yesterday afternoon.
