Not sure who the city hired last fall to repair the circle at 9th street by Maryland School but they should be embarrassed  
 
They shut the street down for 6 hours and slapped some asphalt down in the holes. When it dried the asphalt they filled the potholes with was over an inch higher than the pavement. Now you deal with bumps not potholes  
 
Moving forward today that mess they created with the repairs is crazy. The repairs are getting pounded out and more holes are appearing because of a poor road repair

Mr Mayor and councillors please drive your vehicles  
around the 9th street circle and let us know if you find this kind of work acceptable. Then have a chat with the person at city hall approved to pay for a job NOT well done.
