Not my place to say if or how this might’ve been effecting the former Sobeys by Can Tire/Staples, but could be the news some folks in the South end were hoping for…

It shouldn't have been permitted to begin with.

I wish we would get a No Frills. I love going there when I'm in other cities. I find Superstore overwhelmingly big and Sobeys/Safeway and Coop too expensive for most things.
