F8 said "the same contractor that did so much work to build dikes in and around Brandon this summer. I would guess that thier schedule has been set back because of the flood waters. They will finish the job when time allows them to do so. "
They were so close to finishing then we got that huge record breaking rainfall and they have been draining it since so that they can get back to work.
