I am curious, perhaps enrandonera can explain to me what the point of this is.  
 
I'm driving down Victoria. When I start catching up to someone going 40. That's fine, they are in the right lane. I'll just go into the left and go 50 to pass. So I go to pass driving 50 and when I get beside them they decide to drive 50 too. So I go back into that lane to have them start going 40 again. Is this a game? This happened between 34th and 26th. I tried passing one more time going 60 and the same thing. I mean the road conditions on the street were more than favorable. What is wrong with people to not let you pass. I have no problem you going 40. If I was going to be at my destination soon I would have just continued behind. But I didn't feel like going 40.  
 
Also one Moe question. I don't want to start a new thread. On 1st and Richmond there is 2 lanes. But once you go south they are gone. Are you supposed to be in what I thought was just a turning lane, to continue straight and cut the people off in the already going straight lane. Does that make sense? Sorry if it doesn't.
