Per an article in yesterday's paper, councilor Doug Paterson has floated the idea of naming our city's various traffic circles.  
 
While this may not be a life-altering issue to most, I can see it making a few conversations go that much easier if there was one universally accepted name to refer to each circle by.  
 
- In your opinion is this necessary?  
- How do you personally refer to each of our three circles when giving directions (by intersection, by landmark??)  
- What names would you give to the circles at 34th & Richmond, 34th & Willowdale and 9th & Maryland?  
 
Let's please avoid the "aren't there better things to do with our time" replies, bearing in mind that this kind of thing takes very little time to discuss and impliment .
