I'm sure there are some of you who don't like sports, but even you must know who Kevin Grindey is.  
 
Kevin Grindey is one of the most important people in Brandon Sports. The former coach of Vincent Massey Vikings Football program, Grindey has produced two of Brandon's most famous athletes, Chris Bauman and Israel Idonije.  
 
Well, yesterday, Kevin Grindey stepped down from his head coaching position to spend more time with his family. Grindey was amazingly devoted to football, and how he ran that program changed many lives of many young men in the community. He will be very missed, but I'd like to thank him, on behalf of all this former players, for doing such an incredible job and being such an incredible man for all of us.  
 
Thank you Coach, I hope you are able to finally give you family the love and attention you have been pouring into the program for many years.
