I hope this does not become a common occurrence, it's the biggest concern I have with the new garbage and recycling system. A draw back from the old system, where anyone could always find a place to dump their trash.  
 
This morning I went out back to get my car, when I opened the back gate there was a pile of trash someone had left for me. Really not such a big deal, I picked it up and went back thru the gate and put it in my own dumpster. All our problems should be so easily solved.  
 
My main concern is, that as the snow recedes I am seeing a lot of trash lying around, more I think than in years past. I'm wondering if the lack of appropriate places to put trash has made the litter and outright dumping of trash a bigger issue than in the past.
